#1 Daily or weekly Montessori Reflections

Ii is important to take the time to reflect and look back on a number of key things.

Some of these key things include, but not only, what worked and what didn’t work. Beyond that, what flowed smoothly, what I will improve, etc.

Keep reminders for yourself how important it is for children to have freedom of choice. Also, to note how children learn individually. Lastly, in keeping an attractive and intellectual environment and more.

As you fill out the weekly Montessori reflections sheet week after week, you will be able to see and notice patterns of things you do that go wrong.

“She must acquire a moral alertness which has not hitherto been demanded by any other system, and this is revealed in her tranquility, patience, charity, and humility. Not words, but virtues, are her main qualifications.”

(Dr. Maria Montessori, ‘The Discovery of the Child’, Clio Press Ltd, 151)

You can now detect those negative patterns and break them!

You can then develop a better pattern and a better plan.

My training is called “Why weekly reflections are important when doing Montessori.” In it, you will learn more about reflections. You will even get a free printable to get you started!

The link is at the end of this blog post.

#2 How you feel overall about Your Montessori journey

The way you think about yourself, your performance as The Montessori Guide, your lack of knowledge, and other factors will seep into your work, and this is what the children will take in and retain.

Internal changes must take place before we can flourish and become a centered, organized Montessori Guide. Especially so you can nurture happy, normalized children in your care.

“Now the adult himself is part of the child’s environment; the adult must adjust himself to the child’s needs if he is not to be a hindrance to him and if he is not to substitute himself for the child in the activities essential to growth and development.”

(Dr. Maria Montessori, ‘The Secret of Childhood’, Orient Longman Limited, 106)

What do you know about… limiting beliefs in your role as a Montessori Guide, for example? What are some of your self-imposed limitations?

Setting up a Montessori environment that is structured and orderly will allow you to be more successful in the multi-age classroom setting.

Your self-assurance will increase. And your happiness will spread like wildfire. Your Montessori days will go without a hitch.

It is covered in detail in my training, “Change your thinking as a Montessori Guide,” in which I discuss the five steps that you must take to begin your transformation.

The link to this blog post can be found at the end of this post.

#3 Take the Montessori Assessment for detailed results and a plan of action

Because I am in contact with so many Montessori Guides, who are either doing it in their homes or in Montessori schools, I am constantly hearing about their difficulties in their work.

The fact that so many people struggle with so many important issues that could be resolved if they only had a stronger foundation in The Montessori Philosophy breaks my heart every time.

They are filled with self-doubt that extends far beyond their Montessori materials, and I am well aware that just a few small steps in the right direction can make a significant difference.

Are you wondering where you are in your Montessori journey and how to know where you go from here? This guidance will not only be eye-opening for you, but it will give you a sense of direction. Don't miss it!

After listening to everyone, I made the decision to develop an assessment that will be able to benefit everyone in a variety of ways.

There are many assessment tools out there, but I have never seen one that pinpoints where you are in terms of The Montessori Method, your Montessori classroom, the Montessori natural materials and more.

For starters, it will ask you a series of questions that will determine your placement in one of four stages or levels.

Level 1 is primarily for those who are new to Montessori, level 4 is for those who have been doing Montessori for a long time, and levels 2 and 3 are in the middle of these two categories.

Assess Your Montessori Journey

When you complete this assessment, you will not only learn where you fall on the scale, but you will also receive a detailed commentary on your performance.

In other words, you will be given an evaluation that has the ability to unleash your full potential.

But I go further than that. Yes!

In addition, I have written a prescription for each of the levels that outlines the steps that must be taken in order to move forward.

“An ordinary teacher cannot be transformed into a Montessori teacher, but must be created anew, having rid herself of pedagogical prejudices.”

(Dr. Maria Montessori, ‘Education for a New World’, Clio Press Ltd, 67)

Once you have completed the assessment and determined where you fall on the continuum, you will receive an email with a PDF download link for your personalized “Smooth, Successful Montessori Days Starter Kit.”

This kit will walk you through the eight pages of your diagnosis and prescription in one sitting.

I provide you with the next steps you need to take in order to continue on your Montessori journey TODAY.

You can begin as soon as you have downloaded the PDF file!

Print it out and put it into action as soon as possible!

This Montessori assessment is titled “Discover what’s getting in the way of creating smooth, successful Montessori days.”

Can you guess what I was thinking when I named it that?

The Montessori Assessment I created for you is intended to get to the root of your Montessori journey issues and to prescribe a course of action for you to follow moving forward.

Take it as soon as possible! The link is provided below!
