It doesn’t matter if you have the space for a large garden that can feed your entire family or simply a few potted plants; you should prioritize these activities for children to help them learn more about their natural environment.

Montessori Science

There are several core subjects in the Montessori Philosophy, including Science. Some of these core Montessori subjects are: Math, Language Arts, Science, Culture, Practical Life, Sensorial, Fine Arts.

Each subject is designed to give children a well-rounded education that develops their natural abilities.

Montessori Science is an important subject because it helps children understand the world around them.

It is a subject that is often overlooked in early childhood education, but it is essential for children to learn about the world around them.

One of the most important things that children can learn from Science is how to make observations.

This is a skill that they will use throughout their lives.

By teaching children how to make observations, they will be able to understand the world around them better.

Montessori Botany

Under some of these main subjects are branches of these subjects.

I call them categories, but you may call them whatever you prefer.

Botany is a branch of science that studies plants.

Botany is the study of plants.

It is a branch of biology that deals with the identification, classification, and naming of plants.

Botany also includes the study of plant anatomy, physiology, growth, and reproduction.

Botany is a critical part of Montessori Science because it helps children understand how plants grow and how they are used by humans.

It is also an important part of the environment that we live in.

The Montessori Botany works to prioritize these activities for children to:

-help them learn about the world around them

-teach them how to make observations

-discover and understand how plants grow

-help them understand how plants are used by humans

Botany Activities for Children

One way Science is taught in the Montessori classroom is through Botany.

Botany is the study of plants and their parts, including leaves, flowers, stems, and roots. It also includes the study of how plants grow and reproduce.

Children learn about botany through hands-on activities, such as planting seeds and observing how they grow into plants.

These activities help children understand the life cycle of a plant and how it grows from a seed to a mature plant.

There are many different botany activities that you can do with children to help them learn about this important subject.

One activity that is often done in Montessori classrooms is planting seeds.

This activity helps children understand how plants grow from seedlings into full-grown plants.

Another popular botany activity is leaf rubbings.

This activity allows children to see the different parts of a plant, such as the stem, leaves, and flowers.
