they are. So let's get started with our training. Remember that if you want to look at all of our other trainings in the past, all you have

And I think that you will too. You will benefit so much. Joining a Montessori community has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made

When I first learned about the Montessori philosophy, I fell in love with it, but obviously

I was lost. There's so much to learn. It's such a unique philosophy and it's very intricate in the details on how it is done

very orderly, very methodical that I felt lost. So the best way to counter that in my situation way back when, because I've been doing Montessori

for about 16 years or longer, maybe 16 years. Yeah. It was to go through the certification training

That is like college worthy, university worthy training. Very intense, very serious

It's only for those that really, really want it. The problem was that even then, I still felt alone

I was doing it online for part of it and I didn't like it

I needed the in-person community. I needed you know back then the online courses were just starting Everything was new and special and different So you wanted to try it out But honestly what you want is the community right

Back then there were the forums were too clunky. The communication with the with the mentors and

the teachers was only via email. Nowadays, the communities are completely different. I mean

I can respond and you can also interact online you can watch the replays and we have Facebook

groups to communicate so there are many different ways with the Montessori Way Foundation's

framework for example the program that I have made it's a six-month program and when I open

enrollment, I have a group of people, a community that come in. They all want to learn and grow the

same way. I mentor them. I coach them through those six months. They interact with each other

They interact with me. I interact with them. It is that beautiful back and forth of bringing ideas

together, experiences together, that makes us stronger, that makes us better because we are

from all around the world. I have literally had the cohorts of enrollees in the program

that have been from every single continent at once, except for Antarctica, of course

but six continents at one time. Imagine the different experiences and the different learning

and the different ways of setting up their environments. It's just a beautiful, beautiful

thing. You don't want to give up on that sense of community. So number one, you need to know that

you are not alone. Being in a Montessori community, not only is it an excellent way to stay connected

with other parents and teachers who are passionate about Montessori, but it also provides us with

invaluable knowledge and support that helps us grow in confidence. If you're doing it at home

as a parent that sends their children to a Montessori school and you want to continue that at home

or if you're doing it as a parent, as a homeschool parent doing Montessori at home, which is my case

what I did, or if you are a teacher and you want to connect with others in the community

in the Montessori community. Through the interactions with others in this Montessori

community, I have learned many valuable lessons about parenting, teaching, living life according

to the ideals of the Montessori philosophy. So in this training, I'm going to share with you some

of the insights that you can too benefit from them. Number one is knowing that you are not alone

Like I said, there is something special about knowing, about getting to know and communicating with others who are also passionate about something, right

If you are really getting into knitting or crocheting, for example, or baking a certain way, like there are little trends like the deep, no, the air fryer or the instant pot and things like that

Well, what do you do? you get together with people you talk with people that are passionate about that same thing

you join Facebook groups you start following pages Facebook pages or you go online and start

following people on YouTube that teach you how to do that so you start to build a community

about that topic that you're passionate about that you want to get better at or you

are just now learning about but you really want to grow in so when when you join the Montessori

community for example you have the opportunity very soon to join the Montessori Way Foundations

we cover more ground because all of a sudden you're not on your own looking for all the

information, looking for all the knowledge and looking here, there, everywhere. But you're in

a community with people that have already done some of the research, they have learned some of

the things, they have tried and succeeded or have tried and failed. And that's okay

It's awesome to share experiences and new things that we discover in this wonderful philosophy

which is Montessori. So by joining this type of community, you will not only find people who are

passionate about the same things as you, but also gain invaluable knowledge and support that will

help you grow in that confidence as a parent or as a teacher. So remember, it's not only about

getting, getting, getting. It's also about giving. What about your knowledge? What about your

confidence? What about your experiences that you can share with others? And I love the times when

and they go and apply it, and then they come back, and they are full of joy, and they share their

stories. When I did this with the child, this happened, and they are so excited. So there's
